These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlienSync, provided by GeekSync ("we," "us," "our"), including the Image to GIF Converter and Video to GIF Converter (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any images or videos you convert.
You retain all ownership rights to the images and videos you upload and the GIFs generated from them. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the conversion service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly (or annual, where offered) basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy or required by law.
We aim to keep the Services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
The AlienSync name, logo, and underlying software are the property of GeekSync and may not be copied or used without permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeekSync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
